This is where DCAS’ Engineered and Technical Support Solutions (ETSS) Team works their magic.
DCAS’ ETSS Team is comprised of a dedicated group of aerospace, mechanical, and engineering professionals, alongside skilled technicians and machinists, who excel in pinpointing supply chain deficiencies and crafting tailored solutions. Leveraging cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities, we can fabricate parts and supplies from superior, high-grade materials that adhere to or surpass the standards set by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

CERTIFICATION SOLUTIONS
Our Engineered and Technical Support Solutions (ETSS) Team have been trusted to Type Certify (TC) various aircraft and perform the complete Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) process for numerous systems and parts for dozens of platforms. Maintaining a team that includes an FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR-T/F) allows DCAS’ ETSS team to develop and manage complex TC, STC, PMA and replacement programs keeping our clients Mission Ready.
DCAS provides comprehensive Type Certificate (TC and Supplemental Type Certification (STC) development, management, and production certification to numerous OEM and manufacturers of multiple aircraft platforms including the UH-60/S-70. In addition to the initial TC and STC process, DCAS also serves as the production certification point for several OEMs, issuing FAA 8130-3 tags for a multitude of items sold direct to the end user.
DCAS can offer clients access to our team’s FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR- T/F) that can Certify Rotorcraft (standard and special) for operation, Certify Rotorcraft for Import and Export, as well as Certify Part and Install Conformity. Our ETSS team regularly travels to client hangars to certify on-site.
