DCAS prioritizes developing effective and efficient solutions to the challenges that defense and commercial operators face every day. Our teams focus on problem-solving, innovation, and delivering the right result and the right time.

Innovation means nothing without the means to accomplish the task at hand. Many companies say that they provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients but lack the relationships with the OEMs and top manufacturers to procure the parts or develop the custom service solutions operators actually need, or the internal engineering and technical teams necessary to develop replacements for obsolete parts that are no longer available in order to extend the life of the aircraft.

Unlike some of the companies bidding for defense or commercial aerospace work, DCAS is an authorized distributor for dozens of OEMs and top Manufacturers, allowing us to provide authentic supplies quickly and on budget.

DCAS also operates a global network of MRO facilities (FAA Part 145, EASA, TCCA) that specialize in military aircraft, defense systems, powerplant, and search/rescue systems.

DCAS also employees a team of engineers and FAA certification specialists that can quickly develop and manage the process of designing, testing, certifying and manufacturing replacement and PMA parts for obsolete units that are no longer available.

MISSION READY

Commercial and military aircraft operators trust DCAS to provide supplies, services and engineered solutions to keep their fleets mission ready in a cost-effective way. This includes the fielding of new aircraft, we well as the maintaining of legacy platforms that form the backbone of the fleet of every military in the world. In order to stay flying, our clients trust DCAS to supply, repair, or manufacture the solutions. DCAS plays a crucial role in keeping our clients’ legacy aircraft operational, ensuring these aging platforms remain effective, safe, and mission ready. Through our use of specially developed MRO capabilities, obsolescence mitigation/life extension programs, custom modernization programs, and engineered replacement manufacturing, DCAS has completed numerous contracts focused on legacy aircraft platforms.

In addition to legacy life cycle management, DCAS can customize and onboard new or refurbished aircraft that are purpose-built to meet specific mission requirements. From C-130 and UH-60 refurbishment to the procurement of new rotorcraft and fixed-wing ISR fleets, DCAS has the experience necessary to ensure the acquisition, customization, pilot/mechanic training, and fleet management plans go smoothly.

The DCAS team is made up of highly skilled and seasoned experts, each bringing a wealth of experience from decades of experience in the global commercia and defense aerospace industry. DCAS leadership has spent more than 30 years serving the U.S. Government and its allies around the globe, proudly serving in senior positions in the U.S. military, Intelligence Community, Diplomatic Corps, Prime Contractors, Aerospace OEMs, and Commercial Aviation. Experience matters. That’s why members of our team have gone by many names in their past lives, including, but not limited to – test pilot, mechanic, program manager, engineer, soldier, policy maker, manufacturer, logistics planner, diplomat, law enforcement officer, quality director, and compliance officer. This mix of experience allows DCAS to pull from our experience from all sides of the aerospace industry to plan and execute strategic and swift solutions for our clients.

Our teams have successfully managed prime contracts and sub-contracts to supply and maintain military aircraft from over 30 countries, upgraded and refurbished dozens of aircraft for military redeployment or commercial use, and trained hundreds of pilots and mechanics on numerous platforms. There is rarely a challenge we haven’t already encountered and solved for another client.
